Its a fraud escrow site.
the .ro means its hosted in Romania. We need the details of your transaction fast. What are they selling and where? Are they asking for Western Union payment? Whats the scammer's e-mail address? |

sorry i just read the info required post.
two lap tops a Dell and a Alien Ware This person was selling them on ebay, but pulled the auction before it closed. We emailed them and asked if they were still available and he said yes. He wanted $1500 for them both including shipping. (sounded too good to be true). He wants to use the previous mentioned escrow site. But it didn't work when I went to it, I got a 404 error. So I emailed him back, about relisting them on ebay with a buy it now, I'd pay his fees, and going thru paypal. He said no, he wanted to use this escrow site, he's used it before, for me to try the link to the escrow site again, it was working for him. This time the site did work. But "business" is spelled wrong??? And the site never goes secrue?? https So I emailed him back, saying I don't feel comfortable using this site. I don't want to scream "fraud" but I think this deal is. I don't have his email address with me here, but I'll post it when I get home. If the information is required.   |

western union or money gram was the method of payment

Never ever ever ever send money for ANYTHING using Western Union.
Its automatically a scam. Western Union is the LEAST SAFEST METHOD for sending money to strangers for items on the internet. Once the money is picked up its GONE. Western Union has allowed THOUSANDS of people to be defrauded on the internet with their service. The service was designed for a good purpose...to send money to KNOWN RECIPIENTS ONLY in an emergency. |
